We serve Napa Valley and Sonoma County, with availability for select events in the broader Bay Area. Our primary service territory includes St. Helena, Yountville, Calistoga, Healdsburg, and Sonoma.
Do you accept insurance?
Our membership fee covers your direct primary care relationship and access. We work alongside your insurance for labs, imaging, specialist referrals, and hospital care. How does the home visit service work?
Home visits are available to all members. Simply contact our team to schedule. We come to your home, your estate, or wherever you’re most comfortable — with the same clinical capability we offer in-office.
